Refund and Exchange Policy – PEGS Hybrid Conference
We appreciate your interest in attending the PEGS Hybrid Conference. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing your ticket.
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued except in extremley exceptional circumstances and are granted solely at the discretion of the organising team. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Deadline for Refund Consideration
No refund requests will be considered within 7 days of the event start date, except in exceptional circumstances.
Ticket Exchanges
Tickets purchased for in-person attendance cannot be exchanged for online access. This is due to capacity management, venue health and safety requirements, and the need to confirm catering orders in advance.
VAT and Pricing
All ticket prices are subject to VAT, which will be added at the point of purchase.
Parking
Parking at the venue is free of charge for all in-person attendees.
Transfer of Tickets
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another named attendee. Please notify the organising team at least 72 hours before the event with the new attendee’s details.
Event Changes or Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled or rescheduled, all ticket holders will be contacted with options. The organisers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel or accommodation.
